7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔ In the same condition that you received it
✔ Unworn or unused, with tags
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@dermatologist.capetown, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to:
1️⃣ Return your original item following the process above.
2️⃣ Place a new order for the item you want.
Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll receive a refund for the original item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be:
✔ Unworn or unused, with tags
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
